Local apprenticeship In Construction
We offer a level 2 apprenticeship in Groundworks. We are currently recruiting for an August start (pre apprenticeship) with the full apprenticeship commencing in September. The apprenticeship is provided by Colchester Institute with 1 day at college and 4 days on one of sites for the duration of 2 years. Ideally candidates should hold a grade 4 or above in English or maths. If not, they will have to sit a functional skills assessment during the pre-apprenticeship and complete level 2 working towards level 1 during the apprenticeship. The successful candidate will be employed by MACL on a fixed term contract for the entire apprenticeship with the opportunity of continuing work with us on successful completion.
