Working week Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 6pm , Saturday 8.30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch) day off in lieu during the week for working Saturday Vacancy description Duties include: Phone work which involves making viewings and giving clients feedback. Meeting and greeting clients in the office. Photo copying and other general administration duties. Leaflet distribution. Booking viewing appointments. Dealing with customer enquiries.
