Brief overview of the role. 


A fantastic opportunity to join a growing Estate Agents as a trainee for the Sale of Residential Property.  


Working week 


Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, Saturday 8.30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch) day off in lieu during the week for working Saturday  


Vacancy description 


Duties include:  


  • Phone work which involves making viewings and giving clients feedback. Meeting and greeting clients in the office. 

  • Photo copying and other general administration duties. 

  • Leaflet distribution.  

  • Booking viewing appointments. 

  • Dealing with customer enquiries. 

  • Registering new applicants and updating of databases. Booking valuations. 

  • Accompanying viewings  

  • Good computer skills are a must, candidates must have good speed when it comes to typing skills.  

Applicants will need to have a driving license and their own vehicle to fill the role or be in the process of obtaining their licence in the immediate future. 


Requirements and prospects Desired skills  


  • Good telephone manner. 

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Good presentation. 

  • Good ICT / Data Entry skills. 

  • Good organisational skills. 

  • UK Driving license and vehicle due to the nature of the role.  

  • Personal qualities  

  • Applicants applying for this role must be enthusiastic and self-motivated to be able to progress in this role.  

  • Must be a team player. Use own initiative. Confident. 

  • Outgoing.  


Desired qualifications 


A good general level of education is required (5 GCSEs A-D/9 - 3 grades).  


Future prospects  


The organisation will be looking at offering a permanent role to the right candidate following the completion of the apprenticeship and future career developments (Level 3 in the sector). However, this is not always guaranteed  


Salary plus commissions to be discussed.
