You’re not expected to arrive knowing everything. You’ll join Howden in a permanent role from day one and spend 18 months developing your skills through:

  • a fully funded Level 3 qualification relevant to your role

  • an immersive induction programme

  • an 18-month learning and development journey

  • support from experienced colleagues and a buddy

  • real responsibility and opportunities to progress your career

What experience do you need?

None in insurance.


Howden’s application process is designed to understand your potential, not test what you already know. There’s no CV required either.
