That’s why we regularly host events for female, mature and ethnically diverse students and young people – helping you to not only get the most out of your education, but your career. Our REACH events shine a light on the diversity of people who work in the sector. They feature industry professionals  who have built successful careers and are ready to share industry insights and invaluable advice on how to succeed. Our next REACH event, Supporting ethnic diversity in banking and finance, is taking place virtually on Friday 11 February.
