Spectrum Merchandising is a Maldon based company that provides products that promote your business, organisation or club. This includes printed promotional items and printed or embroidered clothing. We are an enthusiastic and creative team who love nothing more than finding items that really enhance and complement our clients’ brands.

Business Admin Apprentice

We are looking for an apprentice to join our small team. The role will involve the following:

  • Customer Service queries
  • Checking stock when it comes in and get it ready for processing
  • Input of orders onto our order system
  • Checking orders are ready for despatch
  • Assisting the print and embroidery team with getting garments ready

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship qualification will include:

  • Level 2 Diploma for Customer Service Practitioner
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities
  • Functional Skills (as required)
  • Personal, Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)

This is a reasonably active job.

Full training will be offered on our machinery including relevant software.

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Salary: £5.00 per hour
