How to Pass a Psychometric Test with CIMA


 Will you be one day applying to a national or global business for an Apprenticeship or Graduate programme?

If so, as part of the recruitment process it’s more than likely you’ll have to undertake what’s known as a Psychometric Test.

Psychometric tests are used by employers to assess intelligence, abilities, potential and personality. They're often used during the preliminary screening stage, or as part of an assessment centre. They’re objective, convenient and strong indicators of job performance - making them very popular with large recruiters. 

Because of this, it’s really important that you have the skills and understanding of how to pass them in order to get the apprenticeship or graduate role that you want.

On Wednesday 7th December from 5:00pm - 6:00pm, CIMA will be hosting an online event focused entirely on the various kinds of tests you may encounter and the best ways of tackling them.
