Brief overview of the role .   A fantastic opportunity to join a growing Estate Agents as a trainee for the Sale of Residential Property.    Working week   Monday to   Friday 8.30 am - 6pm ,   Saturday 8.30am – 5pm   (1 hour lunch) day off in lieu during the week   for working Saturday    Vacancy description  Duties include:    Phone work which involves making viewings and giving clients feedback. Meeting and greeting clients in the office.   Photo copying and other general administration duties.   Leaflet distribution.    Booking viewing appointments.   Dealing with customer enquiries.   Registering new applicants and updating of databases.   The Festival of Construction is our new virtual construction careers conference for 2021, and this year we will be exploring the future of construction careers in the light of the climate crisis. Our event will mirror the themes of the 2021 COP26 Climate Change conference, and we’ll be looking at the ways that young people can join an industry at the cutting edge of climate impact and responsibility. This free 5-day careers event will feature speakers from construction companies, sustainability specialists, product innovators, academia, the UN and NASA. Virtual Higher Education Careers Fair

  The Network for East Anglian Collaborative Outreach (neaco) is hosting a  virtual HE fair  next week, running Tuesday 4 th  May to Friday 7 th  May.    Sign up here:  https://typ.vfairs.com/ There are around  45 employer talks  across the week, with different career / subject areas each day. Student ambassadors will be present throughout the event, with a live student ambassador panel each day between 12.30 and 13.30 along with a student ambassador lounge at the end of each day between 15.00 and 17.00. Our student ambassadors will be representing a variety of higher and degree subjects. Participants can interact with ambassadors 1:1 through chat or video messenger (for added peace of mind for all video chats participants cameras will be turned off and a member of neaco staff will be safeguarding calls). This event is aimed at students studying in years 12/13 or at Level 2/3 – it could also be useful for year 11’s to sign up too! On  Thursday 6 th  May there will be a parents/carers e
