Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to be a mathematician, look a certain way or even be passionate about banking specifically. It’s a dynamic and fast-moving industry, with lots of varied and exciting career paths. From digital banking, sustainable finance, trading, lending and investment to customer relations, HR, IT and communications – the list is long!  

The finance sector needs to recruit from a diverse community, to ensure it reflects society and the customers it serves. We want to encourage more people to consider a career in the sector, and have set up our REACH programmes to help open up the world of banking and finance to a broader range of students.
