Our very successful ACA professional apprenticeship training scheme is now live!   

Our apprenticeship scheme will give you the opportunity to make a real difference to our huge range of clients but also to the nation.  We help our economy and society work better – supporting and enabling improvements in financial management and the way vital public services are delivered across the public sector to millions of people every day.

Our crucial role in holding government to account is mirrored by the fact that our leader is appointed by Her Majesty the Queen!  In addition to offering a unique insight into government operations, we also offer an array of vibrant social and training events throughout the year. 

We’ve been super busy over the past year.  In light of the wide range and significance of activities that form the government’s response to COVID-19, we have been carrying out a substantial programme of work to support Parliament in holding government to account; as well as the impact of the EU Exit in light of the agreement reached with the EU and so much more.  Check out our twitter to see what we’ve been up to.
Who are we looking for?

There is no such thing as a typical NAO apprentice and we hire candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds and A Level subjects. Yes, that’s right – you do not have to be a mathematician to apply!
