Episode 6 of the Parent Perspective Podcast out now!

The Parent Perspective Podcast episode 6 is now LIVE.

In the final episode, we're thinking outside the box when it comes to post-16 options! We'll also be shining a light on the incredible versatility of vocational learning pathways - think apprenticeships, T Levels, traineeships etc.

As usual, Rachel is joined by a fantastic panel of guests, with a focus this week on young people and their career journeys.

We meet Sam Dugdale who has been doing a personal training apprenticeship alongside plumbing training and playing rugby, as well as Luke James who has completed a degree at Manchester Met university via distance learning. We'll also get the training perspective with Jennifer from Qube Learning, a leading training provider.

This week, Rachel and guests also help to answer someof your big questions:

  • What can an apprenticeship, traineeship or degree lead to?
  • Is there a training programme for almost any career?
  • How can some of these options support your child to achieve their dreams, or give them a fall back if things don’t go to plan?

Tune in to hear more about their experiences - available nowon all the usual channels, or by hitting the button below!
