Interested in a career in accountancy - Free accountancy careers academy for students


 

  First Intuition’s online Accountancy Academy programme is taking place in July 2022 for GCSE and A-Level students interested in learning more about a career in accountancy and finance.

The Accountancy Academy is made up of five weekly webinars from 4.30pm – 6pm starting on 5th July and will give young adults considering a career in accountancy and finance the chance to find out more about the options, to hear from local employers, get CV and interview advice, and to refine their career decisions.

The sessions are all free and students can attend as many or as few as they wish.

·       5th July - Introduction to accountancy and routes to get started

·       7th July - Accountancy taster (inc. practical exercises)

·       12th July - Skills needed as an accountant

·       14th July - CV and interview preparation

·       19th July - Employer Forum (Q&A)
