FOR GCSE STUDENTS   If a student joins after completing GCSEs we send them on a 2-year part time BTEC course at Chelmsford College in Construction & the Built Environment, this gives them an overall understanding of the industry not just what we do at AWA, after this course they can work full time at AWA in one of our departments or look to take on a HNC/ HND in Building Services Engineering, all courses are paid for by AWA and all courses are part time one day a week.
