Apprenticeships at Rolls Royce

Apprenticeship opportunities

You want the people in your charge to get the best possible start in life. And what could be better than launching their career at the dawn of a whole new era at Rolls-Royce?

We're transforming what was once a traditional engineering company into a digital-first, industrial technology leader and what we need now is the next generation of talented apprentices to help us make it happen.

Their GCSE results may mean they are perfect for our Practical Apprenticeship, an excellent alternative to A-levels. A four-year programme, it's designed to prepare them for a highly skilled hands-on role, like Machinist, Maintenance Technician, Welder, Composite Technician or Sheet Metal Worker.

For those who already have their A-levels or a BTEC behind them, one of our four Degree Apprenticeships may be the way to go. These four-year programmes combine on-the-job training and practical skills development with digital learning and study towards a fully sponsored, debt-free degree.

Whichever path they choose, they'll be earning good money, gaining nationally-recognised qualifications and laying the foundations for a bright career ahead. What's more, they'll also have a big part to play in shaping the future of Rolls-Royce.

Programme details are on our website and applications for all are now open.
