Local apprenticeship

 



We are pleased to inform you that we are running our Groundwork Apprenticeship Scheme as normal this year, with the official Apprenticeship starting September 2021. This is a 2-year programme and upon completion Apprentices will have achieved a Level 2 Diploma in Construction Operations.

 

We are running it slightly different this year and prospective candidates will partake in a Pre-Apprenticeship programme in August run by Colchester Institute. Following the successful completion of the pre-apprenticeship programme 10 candidates will be selected to attend the apprenticeship. 

The Apprenticeship is applicable to all persons aged 16 onwards and we ask that you send your CV to apprentices@andersongroup.co.uk
